Our Worcester Bosch regular boiler needed a service. Mark did an excellent job and explained everything he was doing. Mark informed me when he was on his way and arrived on time. A year after Mark installed my Worcester 4000 in a spot other plumbers said was impossible, it’s still running great. Before that, when my old boiler failed, he even fixed my immersion heater for free while I was still considering other plumbers to replace the boiler. He also removed a cupboard for my dishwasher at no charge during the installation. So when it came time for the boiler’s first service, it felt natural to call him. Mark carried out my annual boiler service last week and I asked him if he'd replace my kitchen taps - he came back today and fitted the taps - as usual very happy with the work Mark did. Job location: SW16Mark was fantastic during the quoting and communication stage of the job. Explained everything very clearly and offered great advice regarding future proofing the work done. Mark and Paul turned up exactly when they said they would and carried the work out very smoothly and left the site as clean as when they arrived. Top job all round. 10 Great service
