I called Mark after having been scammed by another plumbing company who charged me an extortionate amount for parts that didn’t even need fixing and made my problem worse than it initially was. Mark came in and diagnosed the issue (installing a new grundfos heating pump) promptly and fixed it asap. He explained everything to me in simple terms and gave me recommendations about things I’d want to look into to prevent further issues. I would recommend his services to anyone looking for a high quality service.

Mark was very helpful and gave me good advice and suggestions before I settled on the best solution for me. He was able to source the replacement shower and he provided a choice of date for installation. On the chosen day, he confirmed he was on his way. The installation didn't take long. Mark was respectful of my home throughout and was neat and tidy. He was also very friendly. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent.

My boiler was serviced by Mark. He replied to my telephone call quickly, he arranged a date and time and was there as arranged. He carried out the service explaining what he had done ,everything was done efficiently and in accordance with manufacturers requirements for the boiler guarantee. The price was fair and I would highly recommend Carlton Plumbers.

Supply & fit new inlet valve to Megaflow unvented cylinder

Very happy with the service. The plumber visited twice, initially to fault find the cause of the problem and then a few days later to fit the part. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional and we felt it was excellent value for money as it was a lengthy job.
