I needed to replace my broken boiler with a combi conversion at a new location. Mark responded quickly and fixed my immersion heater, providing hot water for showers before I even agreed to his service. He patiently answered numerous questions before and during installation. Mark is honest, avoiding unnecessary charges. His team fixed some pipework and removed a kitchen cabinet to make space for a dishwasher, all at no extra cost. They were friendly and helpful throughout the installation. I give him the highest recommendation!
