Carlton did a great job on our floor, he was quick and communicative, as well as flexible. He was very good at explaining what he was doing and why and giving us options. Carlton did an excellent job at laying herringbone flooring in our new extension. We needed the work to be completed at quite short notice before our kitchen was installed and Carlton managed to rearrange his diary to fit us in. Excellent workmanship from Carlton. Was here on the dot at 8am like he promised and did not stop working. The finish of the flooring is excellent and even took on some extra work for us whilst here by rectifying some previously installed flooring by a different company.
