Carlton did an amazing job. We ordered the floor at random lengths and really took time to consider how they would look, as well as delivering a great finish. Nothing is too much trouble for Carlton as he always wants the customer to be happy and satisfied when he has left the job and once again, Carlton did just that! I am a returning customer and will continue to be so. Carlton is punctual, polite, friendly, happy (nothing is worse than a miserable workman who doesn’t want to be there) but most importantly, an excellent craftsman who loves what he does.
