  Worst experience and wouldn't recommend.

  Worst experience, wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They say one thing on the phone then I get there and it's something else. I asked for my ghost to be armed and they said its 50/50 chance of me being charged if they call out an engineer. I had to pay £150 just for them to fix it when the ghost wasn't enabling again. They said if I go to the shop, I won't have to pay but when I got there they charged me £150.00, they still didn't explain what was wrong making it not activate. I lost money by missing work, and them charging me all because of their mistakes.

  Bogdan was fantastic, arrived promptly and provided an overview of the process. Explained each part of the process as he worked through and diagnosed the root cause. Was approachable, friendly and professional throughout. Couldn't recommend more!
