Key provided & works ok but fault in passenger air bag system following work by Key technician. Company refused to help unless I paid further money! Took car to local dealership who put the car on diagnostic machine which showed wiring replaced incorrectly. Cost me £75 to get fixed. Do not use this bunch of inept operators! Worst money I ever spent!

I was sent a link for payment wile on the phone and encouraged to quickly click on payment wile they waited. What they didn’t tell me was the terms and conditions were also in the link. If I’m being rushed to pay and not informed about the unfair terms that are hidden in the link then I’ve been deceived. 4 hours after being told the persons just finishing a job round the corner in the same post code I decided to cancel. They half of the £120 and told me it was in the terms and conditions that I didn’t know existed and was encouraged to rush past without any hint. and cruel

Do not go anywhere near! They provided and reprogrammed a key card for my car. So far, so good. When they left however, I suddenly had no internal lights. I phoned to ask them to come and fix it and they now will only come out if I pay another call out fee. No complaints department. Utterly awful. A waste of time and money. I should have gone to the dealer in the first place.
