Been without my car for a week as unable to start the car due to a faulty key. Found this company and was a pleasure to deal with. Left me a message as I was unable to pick the phone up to book the job. Once booked, really clear communication. Engineer who came was great, kept me informed and was super helpful. Would recommend if you are ever stuck!

I called early in the week, had an on-line chat and then a phone call with a representative - booked in 2 days later and given a 2-hour time-slot. The engineer called when he was on his way, arrived in the time slot and we spent an hour on site to review and action the job. All went well; lovely guy and very helpful. Now have two new keys that work!!

Key provided & works ok but fault in passenger air bag system following work by Key technician. Company refused to help unless I paid further money! Took car to local dealership who put the car on diagnostic machine which showed wiring replaced incorrectly. Cost me £75 to get fixed. Do not use this bunch of inept operators! Worst money I ever spent!
