  what we thought would be a few rows of tiles replaced unfortunately turned out to be something much more extensive when lifting to reveal underneath the tiles. we were incredibly shocked and upset but had no doubt that we were in incredibly safe hands with Brian and his team. From start to finish we were shown evidence of the damage, received prompt quotes and were impressed with the team and clean up they did as well as the work itself, they worked incredibly hard. We really felt the company put their arm around us at this tough time and they really did everything they could for our family.

  Seemed like really decent guys, had a number of issues resolved and all seems fine so far since the works done touch wood. Very friendly and everyone worked really hard in pretty horrible boiling hot conditions during heat wave, seemed very professional. Wish all the best to them

  Whole Pitched Roof Replacement (15-year guarantee)

  Brian and the team did an amazing job installing a whole new roof in just 3 days in some difficult weather conditions, including new fascia and gutters. The team started from before 9, not finishing until after 6 on all 3 days to get the job done! Everything happened as instructed with great communication throughout – this included before, during and after videos of the works. This was a big job and Brian was always at the end of the phone to put my mind at ease. All mess was cleared and the team very polite and professional. I am very happy we chose Brian and the team at Caretaker & Sons.

  Repairing my roof so it'd stop leaking

  Work was carried out excellently. Once finished they removed all their tools and rubbish, and even cleaned my floor. Payment was handled brilliantly too, as an invoice was emailed after work was finished.
