  Garage roof removal and installation of new garage roof

  Brian came out on a bank holiday morning and gave me a quote. Brian was the only person who came out and provided a competitive price for the removal of the old roof and installation of the new garage roof. They booked a date and confirmed the day before they would arrive to start work. The team did a fantastic job; they were friendly and approachable, arrived on time, left in the late afternoon, and took the old roof away with them. I am very happy with the work they did and highly recommend them to others.

  Repair of damaged cladding

  Having used this company before an enquiry was made as to work needed in the sale of our home. Brian advised repairs to cladding and repairs to blown plaster in one of the rooms. The team were punctual, polite and extremely efficient, working as a team. It became evident there were major concerns regarding the roof. Knowing our circumstances Brian advised they could re-felt and tile the roof the following day. The lads returned the following day at 8am and worked until after 8pm. An amazing team effort by all involved. Everything was left clean and tidy. I commend and recommend this company

  Extensive repairs to ridge, valleys & verge - quality & dedication

  Brian & team were first class. Thank you so much, we can't speak highly enough of how much care, attention & professionalism you & the team have shown. Additionally thank you for working around the issues we had with the neighbours. You really helped take the stress away. A special mention to Sean, a young guy beyond his years, he managed the project & gave 100% until we were satisfied. The whole team was super. Overall the work was more than i expected & cost too but it was communicated in a considerate way, fair & gave us a chance to digest before we accepted. Thank you again.

  Kitchen Roof Replacement

  I initially contacted Brian from Caretaker and Sons last year and was provided with a competitive quote for my roof replacement. Although I delayed the work for a year, Brian kindly honoured the original quote when I was ready to proceed this summer. To my surprise, he was able to schedule the work for the very next day. The team of 4 guys arrived early, measured and checked the work, and returned with all the materials within an hour. The job was completed efficiently, in just half a day.   Full roof replacement

  competitive quote and top quality workmanship , so glad I chose caretaker & sons for my full roof replacement , friendly team and all cleaned up once they had finished the job , I was told it will be done in a day and half but they all worked so hard in sweltering heat and done it in 1 day.

  New roof etc.

  This is a difficult review to write. The dry verge and new roof work were done quickly and well. Unfortunately the replacement of the solar panels did not go so well and I had to call them back. initially the pigeon proofing was not in the right place and one panel has been left out of line with the rest. Regarding the restart of the panels, on switch on there was no current flowing although it started later(?) and then stopped completely. This was due to an unplugged connection, later rectified. I now only have 1 bank of panels working. This may be coincidence but they were working before.
