  Seemed like really decent guys, had a number of issues resolved and all seems fine so far since the works done touch wood. Very friendly and everyone worked really hard in pretty horrible boiling hot conditions during heat wave, seemed very professional. Wish all the best to them

  Whole Pitched Roof Replacement (15-year guarantee)

  Brian and the team did an amazing job installing a whole new roof in just 3 days in some difficult weather conditions, including new fascia and gutters. The team started from before 9, not finishing until after 6 on all 3 days to get the job done! Everything happened as instructed with great communication throughout – this included before, during and after videos of the works. This was a big job and Brian was always at the end of the phone to put my mind at ease. All mess was cleared and the team very polite and professional. I am very happy we chose Brian and the team at Caretaker & Sons.

  Repairing my roof so it'd stop leaking

  Work was carried out excellently. Once finished they removed all their tools and rubbish, and even cleaned my floor. Payment was handled brilliantly too, as an invoice was emailed after work was finished.

  new dry ridge and dry verge systems

  After spotting an issue with our roof and getting in touch, they were round the next day to make an assessment and provide a quote. They were then patient as we got a few other quotes. The price they gave was fair and comparable with other companies with a similar rating. After confirming with them they were over a few days later to carry out the work (new dry ridge and dry verge systems), which was done to a high standard within a morning. The team were punctual, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. Communication was excellent throughout. Would recommend.

  Full pitched roof replacement

  Great job by the guys at caretaker and Sons, job was done quick and to a good standard the team even staying late to make sure what needed to be done got done and then right back to it early the next day. Brian that dealt with us was very pleasant, explained exactly what was going on, always had an answer to any questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend and would be happy to have the team back in the future for any other work.
