competitive quote and top quality workmanship , so glad I chose caretaker & sons for my full roof replacement , friendly team and all cleaned up once they had finished the job , I was told it will be done in a day and half but they all worked so hard in sweltering heat and done it in 1 day.

This is a difficult review to write. The dry verge and new roof work were done quickly and well. Unfortunately the replacement of the solar panels did not go so well and I had to call them back. initially the pigeon proofing was not in the right place and one panel has been left out of line with the rest. Regarding the restart of the panels, on switch on there was no current flowing although it started later(?) and then stopped completely. This was due to an unplugged connection, later rectified. I now only have 1 bank of panels working. This may be coincidence but they were working before.

Caretaker and Sons did a fantastic Job with fixing my Chimney. They put leading around the Chimney as I had a leak and added new Mortar as well as putting on new ridge tiles. They also took moss off and did a Roof clean. The Men did a fantastic Job and after receiving the Quote a few days later they started the works. They were very friendly, polite and efficient and answered any queries I had, along with showing me Photos of the works they had done. The communication on the whole from the company was great. All issues are now resolved and I have no more leaks.

Excellent service, a very quick turnaround, great job done and I was kept in the loop all the way through. A job I thought was going to be a nightmare was completely stress free - I would definitely recommend.

Great communication from the moment I contacted Brian. Came around straight away to have a look and got a quote that same evening. He was able to arrange the work to be done promptly. His team showed up early and got to work straight away. They were all very polite, helpful and answered any questions I had. The leading, felt and batten replaced near dormer window and both him and team said if there were any problems just to get in touch and they would be happy to help. Very easy and reliable to get an issue sorted.
