  We’ve used Damian a few times now for various jobs including a stables renovation. He always been super professional, very knowledgeable and can turn his hand to anything we’ve asked of him. Very happy with the level of service and work he provides. We look forward to working with him again in the future. Highly recommended!

  We needed some landscaping in our garden so contacted Cardoso property management to come and quote our job. The minute Damian arrived and we went through our ideas, he seemed to bring them to life even more, adding further ideas which we hadn’t thought of. His quote was very reasonable so we booked him in for the work and we were so pleased we did. Damian and his team were first class from start to finish and the end result was absolutely outstanding. We have since booked him in for some interior decorating which is near completion and again looks fantastic. Thank you so much.

  He was on time everyday and stuck to deadlines

  DC Property Maintenance did a great job with patio tiling at our place. Damian was very professional throughout, kept everything clean and tidy, and made sure any mess was cleared up as he went. The finish was to a really good standard and we’re very happy with the result. I’d definitely use them again and would happily recommend them. 👍

  we tasked cardoso property management to carry out tiling in our bathroom and kitchen. i can’t emphasise enough just how high the standard is. we were so impressed that we asked him to undertake some garden work including work to our summer house and yet again proved how amazing it was. excellent customer service and a standard i’ve never seen before. highly reccomend
