10/10. Damian and his team transformed our garden with an Indian sandstone patio, sleeper borders, a metal shed and a new featheredge fence. The workmanship was exceptional with fantastic attention to detail throughout. Damian communicated brilliantly, was always polite, professional and reliable, and kept us informed every step of the way. The team worked efficiently, left everything spotless and clearly took pride in their work. Damian is incredibly skilled and versatile, goes above and beyond, and nothing seems too much trouble. We will definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

Damian was the worst tradesman we have every experienced. He quoted 6 days of work and took 7 weeks. He had a multiple of excuses and over the 7 weeks only came to do work for 9 days. On the days he did come to do work it was never more than a few hours. In the end he rushed the work and didn’t clean up leaving rubbish that should have been put in skip, front paving jet washed after concrete mixing.

Cardoso Property Management moved and repaired a shed for me; laying a new concrete base, replacing the shed floor, reglazing and adding a new lock. Not a huge project but Damian was a pleasure to work with as he genuinely takes pride in his work and is keen to suggest ideas to get the best solution. He also fitted the job in really quickly. The work was completed to a high standard, to the quoted price and with no mess. I'm very pleased with the result and would use this company again for future work.

The guys were efficient, friendly, good communicators and reasonably priced. Great job.

We’ve used Damian a few times now for various jobs including a stables renovation. He always been super professional, very knowledgeable and can turn his hand to anything we’ve asked of him. We needed some landscaping in our garden so contacted Cardoso property management to come and quote our job. The minute Damian arrived and we went through our ideas, he seemed to bring them to life even more, adding further ideas which we hadn’t thought of. His quote was very reasonable so we booked him in for the work and we were so pleased we did. Damian and his team were first class from start to finish and the end result was absolutely outstanding. We have since booked him in for some interior decorating which is near completion and again looks fantastic. Thank you so much.
