I felt the need to leave a review for Cardiff Cooling Ltd because, the service from the initial phone call, to the completion of work was outstanding. Craig was courteous, easy to converse with, forthcoming with all the information we needed, including the costs and ongoing maintenance, also clean and tidy with the instal. Having used other companies in the past the difference is night and day, I would highly recommend this company, and will be a customer of theirs for many years.

Craig was a gent from the start. He’s got great communication and gave me true non biased advice right from the start. Even though it turned out installing Aircon into the eaves of my office was impossible. He still gave me advice after his visit. I don’t review much but Craig deserves this. If you need Aircon you can’t go much wrong in contacting this guy. You won’t regret it
