  Roy did a fantastic job replacing my window hinges at 22 Goodiers Drive (Apartment 15, Westwood House, Salford, M5 3JZ). He completed the work two weeks ago, and everything is still functioning perfectly. He was incredibly punctual and reliable, finishing the job exactly as promised for the £100 quoted. Roy is clearly very skilled at his work, and I highly recommend his services!

  I’ve used this owner for a long time. I recently used him for my patio door and he did a wonderful job. His fees are very available. Left me satisfied. I also recommend him to other people.

  Bad advice and no ownership once completion m

  Roy was great to start, really helpful and pleasant. He completed the glazing replacement but left a lot of mess on the windows that wasn’t cleaned off. This wasn’t a problem for us. However when the door lock replacement started sticking a few weeks later he advised he didn’t need to check the door was level before replacing the lock and we should replace the whole door. Before we employed Roy he told us we should repair and not replace the door. He’s cost us a lot of money and time with bad advice and no ownership once the works complete.

  As for the back door i fit a locking mechanism to the door i just the door hinges still the lock was not working properly so I said to the customer iam going to my van and get a spirit level he stop me and said he had one i took the level and check the door frame to fine the frame was not fitted properly. So I told the customer to have a look at the level he said yes ist out.soi told him to get the door refitted and I Will come back and adjust the lock. The door was locking when I left the house but it was not perfect

  Did the job, but overcharged

  Was reliable and did the job (replaced window) - it wasn't until I needed other windows replacing and went elsewhere (twice), that I realised I had been overcharged by quite a large amount (I paid over £600, as opposed to £240 for the same size window...!) Definitely wouldn't use again because of being overcharged.
