Roy was great to start, really helpful and pleasant.
He completed the glazing replacement but left a lot of mess on the windows that wasn’t cleaned off. This wasn’t a problem for us.
However when the door lock replacement started sticking a few weeks later he advised he didn’t need to check the door was level before replacing the lock and we should replace the whole door. Before we employed Roy he told us we should repair and not replace the door. He’s cost us a lot of money and time with bad advice and no ownership once the works complete.

As for the back door i fit a locking mechanism to the door i just the door hinges still the lock was not working properly so I said to the customer iam going to my van and get a spirit level he stop me and said he had one i took the level and check the door frame to fine the frame was not fitted properly. So I told the customer to have a look at the level he said yes ist out.soi told him to get the door refitted and I
