Booked sweep several weeks ago. Received confirmation text and email. A week before appointment, received a text at 9am on sat morning to ask to rearrange as he wanted to get car serviced. I text back and said this was fine and offered ANY Thursday or Friday going forward (note - the original booking was on a Friday). Received a cancellation email stating 'Too far from Bath. No response to text messages regarding the surcharge. Appointment cancelled’ This email was sent 23 MINUTES after he sent text message.
