  Flat Roof Repair? No Problem!

  Tom at Capital Improvements was super helpful during a recent storm, which resulted in my flat roof being damaged. Within hours of submitting an enquiry on Friday, he’d organised a visit and a plan to resolve it the following week. Workmen arrived first-thing on Monday morning, and were incredibly polite and respectful. Unfortunately, the damage was more extensive than originally anticipated, and I was kept informed throughout. Despite the extra work needed, it was carried out and completed within the same day, leaving my garden completely spotless. Incredible service and workmanship! 5️⃣⭐️

  Tom and is team were efficient, helpful, hardworking and honest throughout. They acted quickly when we needed work doing on our roof in a very short timescale. The lads doing the job were polite and super hardworking. Communication was brilliant. I would highly recommend.

  Work carried out to an amazing standard, but it was the personal touch of the company (Tom) which put this company at the top of my roofing needs; always available to talk our own plan through as well as planning for the future, with lots of knowledge at what to do and always mindful of our budget. I didn’t feel pressured into anything. Also tidy job, quick and kept me in the loop with a small scheduling issue with regards to bad weather delaying another job, courteous, polite and excellent customer service (five star service).
