  Had great service from Tom and his team. He came out quickly, was very friendly, clearly explained everything and gave a competitive price for replacing the guttering / associated costs. Team turned up on time and carried out the works quickly, professionally and efficiently, using quality products. I was kept informed of any issues, which were resolved without fuss and they cleared old gutters & mess away. Very happy with the work they have carried out and have already recommended them to a neighbour. You cannot go far wrong with Capital Improvements, has been a pleasure dealing with them!

  Great, fast and reliable work

  Tom and co were very friendly and helpful, they helped the Lehman understand what was needed and why. Explained what the options were and which options were purely aesthetic and didn’t try to unnecessarily upsell us on anything. Overall great, fast and reliable work

  Excellent and efficient

  Excellent and efficient service throughout from the minute Tom first came over to look at the damage to our roof. When it became apparent that it was a bigger project than first thought quickly arranged extra scaffolding and the guys doing the work were extremely efficient and courteous. Very impressed with everything from the communication to the quality of the work itself.

  Flat Roof Repair? No Problem!

  Tom at Capital Improvements was super helpful during a recent storm, which resulted in my flat roof being damaged. Within hours of submitting an enquiry on Friday, he’d organised a visit and a plan to resolve it the following week. Workmen arrived first-thing on Monday morning, and were incredibly polite and respectful. Unfortunately, the damage was more extensive than originally anticipated, and I was kept informed throughout. Despite the extra work needed, it was carried out and completed within the same day, leaving my garden completely spotless. Incredible service and workmanship! 5️⃣⭐️

  Tom and is team were efficient, helpful, hardworking and honest throughout. They acted quickly when we needed work doing on our roof in a very short timescale. The lads doing the job were polite and super hardworking. Communication was brilliant. I would highly recommend.
