    Blocked drain

    I found Mark to be very helpful and friendly during our phone call, when I telephoned to report a blocked drain. We booked the job for 2 days time, which was fine as the problem did not seem to be urgent. A little later, Mark rang me to advise that 2 of his team were just finishing a job local to me, so could come to me. Joe and Alf arrived promptly. They were so friendly, polite, reassuring and efficient. They cleared the drain, which was a bigger problem than we’d imagined. They were respectful of our property and kept me informed of the procedure. I would thoroughly recommend the company.

    Drain Clearence

    Can’t recommend this company enough, they are superb. Ok they had Jason who was not far away on another job but he came within 15 minutes and had the job done in about the same time, must be a record! Very reasonable price too. Many Thanks.

    Backed up drains.

    We have called Capital Drainage a few times regarding issues with our drains backing up and they have always been very efficient and reliable. Their call outs are quick and communication is brilliant. We now only use this company whenever we have a problem.

    So refreshing to be able to speak to someone on the phone, book a job and they arrive within a couple of hours, on a Sunday. The operative was quick, efficient and very helpful. Very impressed!

    Unblocking outside drain

    They came within an hour of my call, they were courteous, thorough and explained how laundry detergent can cause blockages and actually cleared the blockage properly. I've had this drain unblocked twice before but it wasn't cleared completely. I'm very happy indeed. Definitely recommend.

    Blocked drain

    Main Drain had been blocked by the plug of the second drain and then backed the pipes up to the house. The guy was friendly and efficient. Took quite some effort to clear the issue but I was very happy with the result and his work.
