The communal sewage drain outside my house constantly blocks thanks to residents using wet wipes. I have cancer and need constant access to the bathroom. Thankfully, Capital Drains once again attended within hours and rectified the issue. We had a blocked kitchen drain. Although it was not urgent, Capital Drainage were able to get an engineer to us in less than an hour. The blockage was rapidly cleared. The service was polite, efficient, fast and not expensive. Can thoroughly recommend this company.

I found Mark to be very helpful and friendly during our phone call, when I telephoned to report a blocked drain. We booked the job for 2 days time, which was fine as the problem did not seem to be urgent. A little later, Mark rang me to advise that 2 of his team were just finishing a job local to me, so could come to me. Joe and Alf arrived promptly. They were so friendly, polite, reassuring and efficient. They cleared the drain, which was a bigger problem than we’d imagined. They were respectful of our property and kept me informed of the procedure. I would thoroughly recommend the company.
