  I had my drain unblocked today and it turned into a complete nightmare of a job, but he dealt with it brilliantly. He stayed professional the whole time, worked really hard to fix the issue properly, and kept me informed about what was going on. You could tell he genuinely cared about doing a good job rather than rushing through it. Very helpful, reliable, and easy to deal with - would absolutely recommend to anyone.

  Blocked Drain

  Charlie was very pleasant and went above and beyond in resolving the issues we had. Our water wasn't shifting at all and using a variety of tools he managed to get flow back, and was persistent about it even on a Saturday. After clearing the blockage located leak behind tiled wall using camera and managed to resolve on the job all included in the price. Thanks so much for the great work Charlie, my family and I greatly appreciate it

  Great service for blocked drain- incredibly helpful

  Charlie was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He came out the same day and even made time for an evening visit, which was hugely appreciated given the urgency of my blocked drain. He explained everything clearly, was polite and professional throughout, and worked efficiently to get the issue resolved. Not only did he clear the blockage, but he also gave really useful preventative advice and checked the condition of the pipes free of charge. His level of care and attention to detail really stood out. I can’t recommend him highly enough. It was excellent service all round.

  The engineer Charlie turned up very quickly and the job was done at the highest level. Everything was explained in details . Very competitive price and no hidden fees . Very happy with job that was carried.
