I called Charlie after reading the reviews on line to un block a toilet. He was polite, asked questions to find out how serious the problem was (if a blocked toilet is not serious) and came quickly. He was very thorough and sorted the problem. He has all the equipment including cameras to check out the system. Price was what he quoted. Can't recommend highly enough.

Well what can I say , absolutely amazing ,Charlie just went above and beyond , he was so polite ,so helpful , he did an amazing job of our drains , would recommend him 100% I would definitely use Charlie again .
