10 Fireplace remodelled. Wood burner installed.

Highly recommend Cambridge Stove Installations. On Jamie’s initial visit we knew we wanted to add a wood burner and replace the small open fire but needed some expertise and guidance on what was possible. A fairly significant remodelling of the fireplace was required. Long story short, Jamie proposed an idea which sounded great and we went ahead and ordered after a visit to the showroom to pick our stove. Shout out to Michael who helped us at the showroom. Amazing advice and product knowledge again. Efficient and flexible in helping us identify a suitable stove and installation method as well as accomodating a delay to the install date requested by us. Installation was performed within one day though communication to us about a missing part not shipped with the stove could have been better. This was rectified the following Monday when finally the stove was working. After the installers left I had to use a pressure washer to clean the area of the drive where cement had been mixed - otherwise they cleaned up pretty well.Verified reviewerJob location: CB2210 Fireplace retrofit and wood burner installation

Jamie and Cambridge fireplaces were absolutely awesome and would highly recommend them for either a fireplace or woodburner install, and maintenance! The install was flawless, and spotless. Came in, covered our living room in protective gear so there was no mess, made sure they didnt let our cats out, and had the install done including a new flu and clean up in just under a day. Had a very competitive quote after a friendly visit to measure up. When visiting the showroom to choose my stove and slate back ground, the staff member was vwey helpful and informative. When the work was carried out, the chaps were friendly and polite and once all done, ensured they had tidied up as much as possible. I am really happy with the stove - CSI did a great job. I felt they provided really useful advice when considering what to get and I feel we ended up with a really high quality result. The works were delivered on time, and that wasn’t easy because there were unforeseen obstacles on the day but the team were flexible and worked hard to get the job done.
