    That the professional service begins prior to any work being done and continues after installation.

    This company installed a wood burning stove, replacing an 'open' fire. From start to finish, the advice, guidance and actual work was poite, professional and attentive. On the anniversary of the installation, the fire receives its annual service which is prompted by a timely email reminder. The overall care has been amazing and a reminder of what personal service from a company really can be.

    Very good company. They installed our wood burner a few years ago. They visit us yearly for regular maintenance every year and are very flexible with the dates. Very happy cuatomer.

    From start to finish Jamie and the installers were really excellent. Communication was really clear and the installers were tidy and thorough. We're really happy with the finished piece. Would 100% recommend using these guys.

    Cambridge Stoves were offering a free chimney sweep for over 70s , Great service the guy was very professional , clean and tidy very polite and helpful gave the log burner a through check over , will defiantly use them again , Thank You Cambridge Fireplace
