    Multi-fuel stove installation

    Very quickly provided a quote and options for a multifuel stove installation including flu and chimney pot replacement based on my requirements and budget. Brilliant communication throughout and flexible when scheduling the work, which was important as I’m self-employed. Very professional installation completed on budget, delighted with the result.

    Reposition wood burner and ensuring it was compliant with latest legislation.

    Excellent company responded immediately (tried three and CSI was the only one that contacted me). Jamie came (on time) and advised on what was needed. Quote received that evening and work carried out a week later to a high standard, room was left tidy and all waste removed. Work was carried out during the recent heatwave and I do not know how Julian managed to stay so cheerful . Can highly recommend them, in fact I have already done so to our neighbour for their WB chimney sweep.

    CSI installed a new Gas Fire, with surround and hearth.

    Jamie was great with getting the right items for me and pointing me to options available from various providers. Even though I did take some time to get to the final quote, Jamie was responsive throughout. The Installation team were excellent, respectful polite and organised. The set up the working area protecting the internal space. They did start the job late due to a delivery, but they continued working throughout the day into the evening to complete the installation. Left the space clean, (until the plasterer arrived the next day) I now have a beautiful fireplace, so thank you CSI

    Multi-stove purchase and installation

    Excellent advice from showroom staff (Michael?) Jamie liaised clearly, helpfully and in a very timely manner with myself and our builder. This meant it was a very smooth and trouble free experience. The fitter was brilliant, very respectful, worked cleanly and without fuss. Highly recommend.
