  Reliable company, excellent work

  This is the third time in 18 months that I have had Ryan Caile do work on my house (wall ties, re-pointing, mend the roof, replace a wall and finally replace a retaining wall and paving a patio). I have found him polite, knowledgeable and reliable. I have found the quoting process clear, prompt and competitive. All the people who work with Ryan are competent and polite. He deals well with other service providers such as scaffolding, skips etc. All waste is taken away and my property has been treated with respect. I am pleased with the results of all the work, practically and aesthetically.

  Terrace, patio, steps and balustrade

  Ryan and his team worked tirelessly throughout the project ( new steps, patio and glass balustrade to the rear of the house). He kept us informed at all times and his work was meticulous. We are delighted with the end product and would recommend him to anyone. Wendy and Steve

  Double garage & garden wall

  Ryan & his team completed my double garage and garden wall, he did a fantastic job! Very high standard of work, every step was discussed and nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be using him again for future projects.

  An excellent job by a great team of builders. Pleasant, and polite at all times and completed an excellent job, on time, to price agreed and cleaned up at the end of each day. Finishing touches to make sure the toilet area was finished to a high standard excellent. Would highly recommend.

  Ground floor extension and whole house renovation

  The work carried out by Cailes Builders to our property was for a very fair price and to an excellent standard, with top quality workmanship and brilliant finishes. Ryan Caile and his men did a fine job from top to bottom, and the trusted subcontractors he employed were splendid. Ryan goes over and above to make sure he's always a step ahead, and his planning is immaculate. The men are extremely conscientious and it's clear they take great pride in their work. We could not be more pleased with the outcome. If you're after a domestic builder - go no further than Cailes Builders.
