Ryan and the lads were great from start to finish! As we’re a family of 6 we couldn’t move out when they knocked through into the extension, but they worked around a busy household without issue. Communication was good with daily updates on progress. Even with quite a big job additions costs were at an absolute minimum and due to our changes away from the plans. Clean workmanship and a very good finish! Dan made us a lovely bespoke wine rack/small pantry shelving unit to fill a space, no off the shelf product could look better.

highly recommend Ryan and his team. we had our garage converted by them and we are so happy with the work they have done. Finished to such a high standard and nothing was a bother for them. If we have anymore work done in the further I would absolutely use them again. Thanks again!

From the moment we first asked Ryan to give us a quote, for a garage conversion, the service has been nothing less than outstanding. The work that Ryan, Dan and Mark produced was outstanding, we are so pleased with the finished work. They have been engaging, thoroughly hard working, punctual and very thorough. The work was completed within the time frame set out and and we were given an update daily. We would have no hesitation to have the team back again, they were excellent from start to finish. This is the third time in 18 months that I have had Ryan Caile do work on my house (wall ties, re-pointing, mend the roof, replace a wall and finally replace a retaining wall and paving a patio). I have found him polite, knowledgeable and reliable. I have found the quoting process clear, prompt and competitive. All the people who work with Ryan are competent and polite. He deals well with other service providers such as scaffolding, skips etc. All waste is taken away and my property has been treated with respect. I am pleased with the results of all the work, practically and aesthetically.

Ryan and his team worked tirelessly throughout the project ( new steps, patio and glass balustrade to the rear of the house). He kept us informed at all times and his work was meticulous. We are delighted with the end product and would recommend him to anyone. Wendy and Steve
