  Couldn't be happier!

  Couldn't be happier with the service received, Sonny made the whole process so easy. Spent time at the initial meeting discussing our project, drawings arrived very quickly after, which Sonny was happy to revise a number of times as we changed our minds, to get exaxtly what we were after. Sonny was extremely helpful throughout, answering my many queries and concerns. Planning dragged their heels a bit but Sonny kept on top requesting updates. Planning was granted, with many thanks to Sonny/Cadguys

  Downstairs extension and remodel

  We used Sonny at CadGuys to draw plans for our kitchen extension/remodel. Sonny was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable from the start of the project, providing us with plans and ideas that were pretty perfect from the get-go, plus helping us achieve planning permission. He went over and above to help us with an issue with our adjoining neighbour and the boundary wall, which was quickly resolved. Sonny also helped us in sourcing a brilliant contractor to oversee all the work in great time and we are over the moon with our new house. I would 100% recommend.

  Sonny provided us with an excellent experience at each stage of our project. He conducted a site visit, provided all our required drawings including amendments, and was always on hand for advice throughout the planning process and again once the build began.

  Design and drawings for our Loft Extension

  Really speedy and courteous support from Sonny - he put together a great design for us and talked it through, giving us the opportunity to ask questions, make changes and generally understand what it was going to look like. He also then facilitated the whole process, which we didn't realise was so involved (being complete novices) including planning permission, engineering drawings, regulations and building inspections - we wouldn't have had a clue! He even had builder recommendations, one of which is doing the job as we speak. We would highly recommend Sonny - thank you!

  Planning application on a detached dwelling.

  Sonny took on our planning application after a previous planning consultant had struggled. With new designs and a fresh approach the planning was granted and we are very happy. We hope to work with Sonny on future projects and would firmly recommend him.
