We used Sonny at CadGuys to draw plans for our kitchen extension/remodel. Sonny was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable from the start of the project, providing us with plans and ideas that were pretty perfect from the get-go, plus helping us achieve planning permission. He went over and above to help us with an issue with our adjoining neighbour and the boundary wall, which was quickly resolved. Sonny also helped us in sourcing a brilliant contractor to oversee all the work in great time and we are over the moon with our new house. I would 100% recommend.

Sonny provided us with an excellent experience at each stage of our project. He conducted a site visit, provided all our required drawings including amendments, and was always on hand for advice throughout the planning process and again once the build began.

Really speedy and courteous support from Sonny - he put together a great design for us and talked it through, giving us the opportunity to ask questions, make changes and generally understand what it was going to look like. He also then facilitated the whole process, which we didn't realise was so involved (being complete novices) including planning permission, engineering drawings, regulations and building inspections - we wouldn't have had a clue! He even had builder recommendations, one of which is doing the job as we speak. We would highly recommend Sonny - thank you!

I hired Cadguys to create a set of drawings for my driveway and drop kerb. They were really efficient, professional and produced a good set of drawings pretty quickly. They also did all the paperwork to submit for planning permission and handled the whole process from start to finish. I would highly recommend and certainly use again!! Thanks cadguys!
