  They visited the site soon after my job post and gave a competitive quote. They were upfront about possible delays due to prior commitments and booked the job for a date that suited me, with a reminder sent a few days before. On the day, they arrived fully equipped, confirmed the details, and got straight to work. About 80% was done by day’s end, and the rest completed the next morning. Though the job turned out bigger than expected, they didn’t complain or ask for more—just mentioned it and carried on. The site was left clean and tidy. Thanks to Charlie, Kerry (admin), and the team.

  Charlie and his team provided us a very competitive quote for tree work

  They reduced some very large horse chestnut trees and removed a very overgrown row of conifer and ground the stumps. They were very competitively priced. They were so quick to complete the work and the garden was left so tidy it was unbelievable that they had completed such a huge amount of work within the time promised. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

  stump grinding & fencing/trellising

  Have used many times now and my "go to" tree/gardening/fencing company. Cannot recommend them enough. They are courteous, reliable and tidy and I have only ever experienced excellent work undertaken by them. They also go the extra mile to assist. Their admin staff are also very efficient and friendly

  Tree trimming.

  They said they would be with me between 10:30 and 12:00, I waited in for them but they didn't turn up. I phoned and spoke to a lady who said there was a miscommunication, and would get back to me with a time. This did not happen. Very disappointing as it was a whole day wasted.

  Taking the top off a tree

  We asked for quote which was reasonable. After asking them do do the job they came and did it sooner than we thought they would. They were very good and quick and cleaned up after them . They even removed leaves which had fallen over autumn which we were going to do ourselves. So they did more than they said. I would certainly ask them to do other work

  Charlie and his team did a fabulous job: quick, neat, effective and precisely to brief. Give him a tea and one sugar (and the team coffee with two) and the results are excellent. Highly recommended
