  Needed a boiler moving from a bedroom to the kitchen, Patrick came, gave a quote and advised that although tricky the job was doable. His subcontractor Joe did the work over two days and was great. Worked very hard, kept me in the loop with what was happening and completed the job leaving the place tidy. Patrick came each day to see how things were progressing and called me the following day to see if everything was ok, which it was. I would happily recommend Patrick and his team, very professional, reasonably priced and work done to a high standard.

  In a word, brilliant!

  During a cold spell my dad’s heating started playing up. My dad has dementia so I was keen to find someone who could look at the boiler quickly and with understanding. I called three companies for quotes and chose Patrick at Byrne Heating & Plumbing Limited because not only was his price competitive, he also found a way to juggle his schedule so I could be in Notts with my dad (I live in Suffolk) while the new boiler was fitted.   new combo boiler

  I had to replace my old combo boiler broken during a cold week and Patrick has managed to fit an appointment with a short notice. Beside the skills I've really appreciated the empathy demonstrated on this situation although I've never contacted Patrick before. He's a good listener too as I asked him lots of question on new boiler to fit. I've definitely received a top service and I think I've found eventually someone reliable on the job.

  Patrick installed a new Baxi 636 combi boiler, magnetic scale reducer, magnetic filter, shock arrestor, and Hive smart thermostat at my home in West Bridgford. From our initial contact, his professionalism was evident. I particularly appreciated the competitive quote provided on the same day as my inquiry and his flexibility in accommodating the installation the following day, especially given the breakdown of my previous boiler.
