I recently had a new boiler installed by Byren Boiler Service, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed. From the first contact to the final installation, the service was outstanding. Patrick and the team were great, they communicated regularly and got the work done quicker than initially expected. Although there were some unexpected difficulties in the work they managed to work round these.

We thought we had quite a tricky job on our hands when we had to install a new boiler and water tank in a new location, install plumbing to a new joined on extension, as well as install 2 different types of underfloor heating pipes to an existing underfloor and radiator system. Patrick made it look very easy planning and installing it all to create a new seamless system. His guidance on what we needed made all the difference and his workmanship was excellent. I’d highly recommend him for any plumbing situation.

Needed a boiler moving from a bedroom to the kitchen, Patrick came, gave a quote and advised that although tricky the job was doable. His subcontractor Joe did the work over two days and was great. Worked very hard, kept me in the loop with what was happening and completed the job leaving the place tidy. Patrick came each day to see how things were progressing and called me the following day to see if everything was ok, which it was. I would happily recommend Patrick and his team, very professional, reasonably priced and work done to a high standard.

During a cold spell my dad’s heating started playing up. My dad has dementia so I was keen to find someone who could look at the boiler quickly and with understanding.
