Patrick installed a new Baxi 636 combi boiler, magnetic scale reducer, magnetic filter, shock arrestor, and Hive smart thermostat at my home in West Bridgford. From our initial contact, his professionalism was evident. I particularly appreciated the competitive quote provided on the same day as my inquiry and his flexibility in accommodating the installation the following day, especially given the breakdown of my previous boiler. My boiler broke down after 20yrs. I contacted to Patrick to see if he would have a look and quote me for repairs. Upon inspection he recommended that it would not be cost effective to fix it and went through some other options with me. On his expert advice, I decided to have a new Combi Boiler supplied and fitted. He offered the option of finance, upon approval, which I didn't take up. He kept me updated in the lead up and actual installation took just over half a day. He made no mess and was friendly throughout the whole process. I will definitely use his company again.
