Sergei is my go to person for my annual gas boiler service. He is always very quick to reply to messages, comes when he says he will, is very knowledgeable, shares why a replacement part might be needed, gets the job done efficiently, and tidies up after the work is done. I trust the advice that he gives and that my boiler is safely maintained. I have had him do bigger projects with the same care. This time he also fitted a carbon monoxide alarm and replaced a thermostat control. Would highly recommend.

Boiler breakdown. Used checkatrade and got an almost immediate response from By Gas Heating. Boiler checked and some adjustments done. Gentleman was polite and arrived when he said he would. He also called the gas network engineers to increase the gas pressure. Reasonable cost to look at the boiler. I would use again.
