    Sergei fitted a new boiler for us 3 years ago. Since then he has serviced it every year. He is always friendly, patient and professional. Sergei explains everything he has done and is very thorough and efficient. His prices are very reasonable and once the work is completed, everything is left as he found it. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

    Quality and professionalism

    We had a full boiler replacement carried out  with BY Gas Heating Ltd and were extremely impressed with the quality of work. The engineer demonstrated strong technical expertise, ensured correct system balancing, and completed a clean, compliant installation. They took the time to explain the controls, warranty details, and maintenance requirements. The installation was completed within the agreed timeframe and budget, with excellent attention to safety and detail. Overall, a very professional service and outstanding workmanship.

    Fast and reliable boiler replacement

    When our boiler recently broke Sergei offered us to options: to fix or replace. We chose to replace it and he worked speedily and precisely to get it fitted properly. He was super professional and dedicated to doing the work to a really high standard. 100% recommend.

    Gas boiler replacement and installation

    Excellent installation of a new viesmann 200-W boiler, full system clean, new gas pipe work & fittings and worked to remove old substandard water mains fittings to increase flow and pressure. Very impressed with the clear attention to details, no fuss quote and he stood out from many of the others. If you want a professional job, honest and thorough workmanship that does cut corners and makes a superb tidy and certified solution look no further. Sergio is a quality gas engineer.
