Stayed late until gas boiler problem was fixed.

The heating engineer, Sergei, diagnosed the water pressure loss problem promptly and effected a series of fixes...It looks like the problem has been solved.

Came around and fixed it within a couple of hours of posting the job, much appreciated

Sergei was quick to contact me and his comms were spot on throughout. He was considerate (coming with covers for his shoes), knowledgeable and clear when explaining the problem with my boiler. He had it fixed and serviced in no time and provided a follow-up call the following day to make sure all was still okay. Very impressed and happy to recommend .
