I was very happy with the service Billy provided. Excellent communication, knowledgeable and fixed the issue at hand. Very reasonably priced and I would highly recommend this company.

Billy was fantastic. He arrived promptly and on time. He communicated what he was going to do and his work was brilliant. He also gave me some additional advice on some maintenance. His quote was also very competitive. I will definitely be working with him again.

BW was one of the first to respond to my query, and I booked them to fix broken window handles and locks. I’m very pleased with the work — B was friendly, reasonably priced, and went the extra mile to check that all the other windows were in good condition too. I’ll definitely use them again. Billy did a great job fixing my uPVC windows. Was on-time, really good at communicating and really nice guy in general. Work was really high standard and I will be contacting him in future for any window glass/glazing needs and would highly recommend to anyone else.

I called Billy to ask if they could replace a cat flap on Monday. After sending through a photo, a quote was sent through and Billy came on Wednesday to replace the cat flap. Pleasant, efficient and well priced.
