Ricky fixed my kitchen tap Super service from Ricky today thank you

Ricky attended today to replace the bathroom taps because there was a leak. He was v professional and kind. He thoroughly assessed the leak and identified the problem quickly. He was kind to replace our faulty taps rather than just repair them so that the problem would not arise again. Communication was great- he called 20mins before he arrived and explained the problem and what he was doing. He treated my home with great respect and cleaned up everything for me after. I reccomend Ricky for his neat, high quality and professional work. Thank you Ricky.

Blockage in kitchen sink

The gentleman, Ricky, from BurtonSmith has visited us on a few occasions and we feel the need to leave a review as we can't recommend his work highly enough! From his promptness and efficientness to cleanliness and tidying up after completing work, to the highest of standards I may add, to his politness and well mannered presence, its not only given us peace of mind to have Ricky do the work but to know that the problem will be fixed and all will be well is an absolute blessing. His consideration is also so admirable wearing protective shoe covers so not to dirty flooring. Thankyou BurtonSmith

Jordan visited me today to fix the flush & a leak from my toilet, he was amazing… he explained everything he did clearly, cleaned and tidy up & made sure everything was in working order before he left….i wish there were more professional people around like him!!
