Ion and his build team completed a full and extensive refurbishment of our home to the highest standards from initial demolition works all the way up to final decorations. I wouldn't recommend anyone else than Build with Ion if you are looking for the highest quality workmanship in your home!

Ion and his team built us a new patio, fully refurbished our old kitchen (which is now a utility room) and built a new downstairs toilet under the stairs. This involved moving a wall to create a new room. This was the second time we’ve had Ion in as he built us a kitchen extension in 2022. We are very happy with the work carried out and with the service Ion and his team provided. Ion was always courteous and kept us up to date with how the work was proceeding. I would recommend Ion and would have him back a third time should we require his services!

We used Build with Ion for a kitchen extension and from start to finish the service and quality of work was exceptional. Ion and his team were incredibly neat and punctual, working 6 days a week (including bank holidays) . They worked relentlessly through both heat and rain and produced stunning results, much quicker than we expected. Ion provided a great deal of support and advice during the process as the build threw up a lot of things I had not considered but Ion had dealt with many times before. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and can see why he has such high ratings.

Ion and his team surpassed our expectations! They were punctual, professional, and excellent communicators. They worked diligently from 8am to 4pm every day, including Saturdays when necessary. Ion efficiently managed the project, keeping us informed about stock deliveries and ensuring the neighbour's were satisfied. The quality of their work is outstanding, with flawless finish on the build, as well as tile laying, underfloor heating, painting, and installing the Amtico floor. Absolutely delighted with the rear extension and internal conversion work completed by Ion. Incredibly hard working and completed in good time to an excellent standard, keeping us fully involved and informed at all times. Ion liaised with our architect and with the building regulations to ensure there were no problems along the way.
