  Full refurbishment of a Georgian cottage

  We are halfway through a full refurbishment, including a basement dig down, new roof, electrics, plumbing, windows etc, Liam and his team have been brilliant in dealing with all the things that a 200 year old building throws at you as well as demanding clients continually adding to the job. Nothing has been a problem for them and all the issues that have arisen have been taken in their stride.

  Range of work completed inside and outside our 1910's terrace

  Knowledgeable about such a range of issues/materials and he can identify and resolve the problem himself. We have had him complete work on our house 2x now and completely trust his assessment and work. For example, the issues we thought we had (due to other companies' opinions and quotes) were correctly identified and resolved by Liam because he is so competent at a wide range of trades. He goes the extra mile in working out what is best, listening to what we wanted and communicating pricing and even fetching more materials and staying on to resolve further issues. Highly recommend

  Bathroom tiling.

  Liam was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, and went over and above to fit tiling in a downstairs toilet. It was a small and fiddly job, which he had to return to more than once to get everything just so. He is friendly, polite and thoroughly straightforward. I will definitely be using him again for some bigger projects coming up.

  replace two concrete lintels to our brick built garage

  buildtronic run their business very professionally. Liam arrived on time to view the problem with very damaged very large very old reinforced concrete lintels to our garage. after viewing the job he advised he would email their quote the next day which he did.I then wanted to expand the work to be done and liam came round again on time to view this.He again emailed me the next day for the additional work.they completed the job very professionally and I will certainly call on their services again if required.
