  Thoroughly recommend Ian and his team

  Ian and his team were brilliant. Good communication throughout the project to keep me up to date. The team were diligent and always tidied up after themselves which made a real difference. We had a 2nd storey side extension built, it was completed within 12 weeks and we are delighted with the work.

  Extension and whole house rennovation

  Couldn't recommend Ian enough. We had a Loft conversion with dormer, new kitchen, bathrooms, rewire, windows, new floors, new central heating and a full redecorate. This was the biggest project we have ever done and we were in safe hands. We didn't know where to start, Ian was able to support us with the whole process from planning onwards and helped us make our design ideas real. All estimates of cost and timelines were spot on. Really frequent communication and really happy with the result.

  Ground Floor Extension

  Ian and his team did a great job on our single story extension. We extended out to join onto an existing outbuilding. The back of the house was removed, interior walls were knocked through and the extension completed including a new fitted kitchen, utility room and flooring. We were impressed with how quickly Ian and his team got the extension completed but he had a serious team (7 skilled builders for the first 4-5 weeks). They worked hard including most weekends, they were considerate of us and our neighbours and they are genuinely nice guys.

  Ian and team was very efficient. The whole job was completed in about 3 months. Project was very well planning and constant communication to keep us updated. Highly recommended.

  Loft conversion

  Loft conversion, entire roof was removed and new roof built with rear dormer, works consisted of 2 rooms and bathroom, and replastering of communal areas down to front door. Ian was highly recommend by local friends, and completed the works in 2.5 months. Ians team were friendly I would use him again. Pleased with the outcome of the work. Ian managed the works and also allowed the coordination of new heating system, new water main from street, solar panels and air conditioning while the works were taking place.
