  Removal of chimney breasts and structural wall

  Ian and his team were punctual and tidy throughout. Ian gave sound advice and guidance and completed all of the building control paperwork on our behalf. The work was carried out when they said it would and was finished when expected also. I would recommend Buildsmart without any hesitation. They were very reasonable in terms of costs and I have even used them for further works since this was completed. Thank you to Ian & the lads.

  kitchen extension

  ian and his guys completed and kitchen extension to our new home in record time working saturday and sometimes sunday due to lost days with the weather and still finished in time so we could enjoy christmas with the family over to cook in the new area. i would whole hearted recommend ian to build in the future and will be using him again when the family outgrows this house. thanks again buildsmart

  Built a summer house

  Very happy with our new summer house, Ian & his team have done a great job. So professional & constantly giving me updates of what’s happening next. Also been so helpful with advise on how to look after it to get the best out of it in the coming years. I would definitely recommend & would certainty use them again for future projects.   New kitchen, new downstairs toilet, repainting hall and landing

  Excellent service and job done by Ian and his team. They were all very professional, very knowledgeable, polite and quick. Ian was able to offer advice on the best courses of action to the decisions that came up along the way. The result is a new kitchen (with new walls, ceilings, windows and doors) that looks good and is just as how I had envisaged. Hall painting and landing looks smart and was done quickly. Ian was recommended to me by a neighbour and I have been recommending him to other neighbours ever since.
