Ian and the team were absolutely wonderful throughout the planning and build of our extension. The works is of a premium quality, all delivered as instructed and within 11 weeks. Communication kept us up to date, challenges were raised straight away and we worked through to get the best resolution. Ian gave his expert opinion to make our build even better than we had planned. The kitchen fitter was such a professional our kitchen looks like bespoke cabinetry without the cost. The team went above and beyond and tidied daily! Will be using again for our next project.

We are very happy with Buildsmart’s works - new kitchen, knocked through to dinning room with new patio doors, constructing bathroom and utility room into the garage, and new upstairs bathroom. Ian and the team worked hard and efficiently, with all complete in 3 months. These were our first major works. Ian’s practical, proactive and solutions focused approach made it a much smoother process than we had expected. Always planning ahead, co-ordinating strongly with the trades to maintain progress.

Ian and his guys converted our garage into a bedroom with an en-suite, and we’re really pleased with the result. The brickwork in particular looks great and matches the existing house really well. Ian was professional, reliable, and made some great suggestions along the way. He also built us a porch a couple of years ago, so we already knew his work was solid. He and the team were flexible and happy to accommodate a few changes as the job progressed. Would definitely recommend!

Have been using Buildsmart for nearly a decade, so they were always going to be my first choice for my extension! Ian and team are hard working, very courteous and the experience they have shows in the quality of their workmanship! Ian managed the whole project, from arranging architectural drawings, through to build/finish and helped with arranging an independent building control/inspection. Very happy with the final build given it was such a large project. Start to finish took 4 months. Would highly recommend Buildsmart to carry out any sort of work!

Ian and his team were punctual and tidy throughout. Ian gave sound advice and guidance and completed all of the building control paperwork on our behalf. The work was carried out when they said it would and was finished when expected also. I would recommend Buildsmart without any hesitation.
