Ian and his guys converted our garage into a bedroom with an en-suite, and we’re really pleased with the result. The brickwork in particular looks great and matches the existing house really well. Ian was professional, reliable, and made some great suggestions along the way. He also built us a porch a couple of years ago, so we already knew his work was solid. He and the team were flexible and happy to accommodate a few changes as the job progressed. Would definitely recommend!

Have been using Buildsmart for nearly a decade, so they were always going to be my first choice for my extension! Ian and team are hard working, very courteous and the experience they have shows in the quality of their workmanship! Ian managed the whole project, from arranging architectural drawings, through to build/finish and helped with arranging an independent building control/inspection. Very happy with the final build given it was such a large project. Start to finish took 4 months. Would highly recommend Buildsmart to carry out any sort of work!

Ian’s great, daily check-in and clearly communicate the progress, job is done quickly and clean. Offered additional advices for the house too.

Ian and his team were punctual and tidy throughout. Ian gave sound advice and guidance and completed all of the building control paperwork on our behalf. The work was carried out when they said it would and was finished when expected also. I would recommend Buildsmart without any hesitation. ian and his guys completed and kitchen extension to our new home in record time working saturday and sometimes sunday due to lost days with the weather and still finished in time so we could enjoy christmas with the family over to cook in the new area. i would whole hearted recommend ian to build in the future and will be using him again when the family outgrows this house. thanks again buildsmart
