  Reliable, considerate, conscientious, value for money, my first choice!

  Another excellent project completed by Build Maintain Bristol. Les ran a power line up the garden to my workshop installing lighting and PowerPoints inside and out. Les also fitted lights along the path which are safer for me and also light the lawn and patio area adequately, but more subtly than flood lights. The lads removed the old solid workbench and Les replaced it with a new worktop with storage shelves above and below. Suddenly my shed and garden are well lit, organised spaces I can use safely. Les and the lads would always be my first call!

  Electrical work Consumer unit replacement

  Build maintain Bristol carried out a replacement of my consumer unit and an electric shower. Really well done job. Great communication. Lots of advice for future jobs that will be required within the property. Would highly recommend.

  Les did an amazing job rewiring some old sockets and switches. He explained all the issues and options, and let me choose a good value for money.

  I needed a single garage converted to a utility/office space plus downstairs loo. I also has an asbestos roof to be replaced and the electric board relocated. . I also had a Baxi back boiler replaced and moved out to that space with some new radiators and a new door knocked through in my hall. It was going to be quite a pricey project and my first experience with a larger project. What a great team! Les and Adam were efficient, reliable, hardworking. The whole process was stress free and I am thrilled with the results! I do not hesitate to recommend them. Great team!
