  Both my partner and I are extremely happy with the work done by Build Maintain Bristol. Les and the team were efficient, reliable. friendly, very easy to communicate with and were always attentive to what we wanted. Couldn’t recommend them more. This was the first time we had ever had work done to our flat and whilst this was very much new territory for us, we knew from the start that the project was in very safe hands.   Replace consumer unit and fit smoke and heat alarms

  The two tradesmen turned up on time,did a thorough inspection,fitted a new consumer unit and smoke and heat alarms. Cleaned up after themselves. Was also very helpful in offering advice about my shower. I am very happy with the standard of thier workmanship it is top notch. Two very polite and well mannered workers.

  New ring circuit & sockets for a kitchen, consumer unit, smoke detectors, electrical testing

  Les and team were punctual and professional, and got the job done quickly and efficiently, to a high standard. They kept us informed about their progress and gave us some good advice about maintenance based on some things they found throughout their work. I feel much more comfortable about the safety of our house's wiring after their work. They also cleaned up carefully after each day and after the job: the house looks tidier than when they arrived!

  Retail shop fit-out

  Build Maintain Bristol Ltd (BMB) were asked to fit out a shop where the plumbing, heating and electrics had seen better days, there was fire regulation work to do, walls needed heavy making good or preferable re-plastering, for various reasons the start date of the project was first delayed and then announced with little notice, BMB were patient and helpful throughout and three weeks later the shop opened looking immaculate.

  Construction of external wall and installation of raised fireplace lintel

  Brilliant work, and friendly service. You could tell that they genuinely cared about the quality of the work and doing the job properly. In particular, the apprentice did a superb job of the plastering, clearly a skilled craftsman. They completed the work exactly according to the dimensions and standards I specified - I can't fault anything. The cost was also very reasonable.
