  Les and team were punctual and professional, and got the job done quickly and efficiently, to a high standard. They kept us informed about their progress and gave us some good advice about maintenance based on some things they found throughout their work. I feel much more comfortable about the safety of our house's wiring after their work. They also cleaned up carefully after each day and after the job: the house looks tidier than when they arrived!

  Retail shop fit-out

  Build Maintain Bristol Ltd (BMB) were asked to fit out a shop where the plumbing, heating and electrics had seen better days, there was fire regulation work to do, walls needed heavy making good or preferable re-plastering, for various reasons the start date of the project was first delayed and then announced with little notice, BMB were patient and helpful throughout and three weeks later the shop opened looking immaculate.

  Construction of external wall and installation of raised fireplace lintel

  Brilliant work, and friendly service. You could tell that they genuinely cared about the quality of the work and doing the job properly. In particular, the apprentice did a superb job of the plastering, clearly a skilled craftsman. They completed the work exactly according to the dimensions and standards I specified - I can't fault anything. The cost was also very reasonable.

  General refurbishment on a new home...

  I chose Build Maintain Bristol to do the works on our new home, after being so impressed with how Les had looked over, and quoted for, another property. His thoroughness and honesty regarding cost, made me feel that this was a company I could trust, and the entire team that have worked on our property, have all done a fantastic job within their own specialities, with politeness, friendliness, and good humour. Les has gone out of his way several times to sort out unforeseen problems, and we heartily recommend this company to anyone wanting a safe pair of hands for their project:-)

  Conversion of conservatory to an extension

  Builders were considerate and involved me when ever needed.I had a clear plan from start to finish. Any changes I required was discussed and whenever possible done or acceptable alternative offered.
