Build Maintain created a beautiful, architecturally designed extension to my property. Workmanship was of a high standard, they co-ordinated with craftsman to finish the project. Les and Adam are highly professional, they worked hard to communicate with neighbours when noise may pose a problem. They have followed up my project with any questions I had. They were a pleasure to have working on site for an extended period of time. I highly recommend them.

The team were professional, intuitively helpful, on time and co-ordinated. They completed our garage conversion to an excellent standard. My fuse box needed changing. Les replaced it and informed me how to use it and made me feel confident that I could use it myself. He cleared up the mess. I would definitely use Les again for and electric work in my house.

The two tradesmen turned up on time,did a thorough inspection,fitted a new consumer unit and smoke and heat alarms. Cleaned up after themselves. Was also very helpful in offering advice about my shower. I am very happy with the standard of thier workmanship it is top notch. Two very polite and well mannered workers.
