  Refreshing our bathroom ahead of putting house on the market.

  We had a few, small fiddly jobs that needed doing - replacing broken tiles and bath panel, resealing sink and bath, replacing a mirrored unit and an extractor fan. Tyler was great, - worked fast and efficiently; communicated with me throughout; cleaned up afterwards; disposed of the old units, and charged a fair price. Happy to recommend, would use again.

  Comprehensive all in one bathroom fitting

  Tyler at Building solution has done three bathrooms in our house this year in multiple phases. A breath of work was very comprehensive and all the details were handled professionally and expertly. It was great to not have to organise all the different trades people that were needed to completely refit and refurbish three bathrooms and reduce the stress of getting the project over the line.

  Had to get some bathroom work done. Contracted building solutions, who were extremely helpful in assisting me to get the correct materials for the job, and then installed them efficiently and for a very good price.

  I had my bathroom tiled and my whole home painted. Couldn’t fault the lads or the work. Great group and the work was done to beyond our expectations. Would definitely recommend and use again.

  Disappointment of decorating 2bathrooms and 3bedrooms

  Big disappointment, cowboy job. Please avoid. Bathroom took 2months to complete instead 1month. Decorating of three bedrooms took 2months instead 3weeks. They handed to the client bathrooms with defects as client will not notice. Toilet was leaking, waste pipe in bath was not connected at all and water flooded level Below. Screens for shower were not sealed and were leaking. Radiator did not work and at the end of works when all tiles are laid company said the pipe is blocked and there is nothing for us. So company left the project with unworking radiator.
