Found Building solutions on check a trade. Provided a great service and was very tidy. I was kept updated throughout the project , which was delayed by one day. However very happy with the end result , would highly recommend.

Big disappointment, cowboy job. Please avoid. Bathroom took 2months to complete instead 1month. Decorating of three bedrooms took 2months instead 3weeks. They handed to the client bathrooms with defects as client will not notice. Toilet was leaking, waste pipe in bath was not connected at all and water flooded level Below. Screens for shower were not sealed and were leaking. Radiator did not work and at the end of works when all tiles are laid company said the pipe is blocked and there is nothing for us. So company left the project with unworking radiator.

Hesham and the guys were brilliant, they communicated with me regularly throughout the renovation and give good advice. Where things needed changing or fixing the guys we're very accommodating and worked very quickly. They worked on schedule and within budget so I cannot recommend them enough.

An excellent job fitting our bathroom, Tyler kept us involved throughout the build as we were away for it and the we are happy with the overall finish. A minor issue with the paint finish was quickly rectified by Tyler. The build took quite a bit longer than initially expected. This was not in Tyler's control as it was discovered that the flooring needed changing and the plaster took longer to dry than expected. Cleanliness was an issue though, we didnt appreciate having to clean up cigarette butts from our lawn and discarded chicken bones in the garden. Some rubbish was left at the end too.

I recently used Building Solution for a complete bathroom overhaul. Tyler and the team were great from day one and had lots of advice in terms of layout, finishes and selecting of materials. They started on time and finished quickly despite encountering numerous unforeseen issues along the way. The communication was good and I was kept up to date along the way. The finish is brilliant and I’m very happy with the outcome. I would definitely use Tyler and the team again for future building work.

Tyler was very attentive from the beginning and involved in things like the design etc. The work itself is beautiful and everyone on the team is super knowledgeable and takes pride in their work. They gave useful suggestions that made the space even better and fixed things along the way that were found as this is a very old house. We did find that there were a number of dead days which made the project drag on and take longer than expected. Very pleased with our new kitchen and would use Building Solution again!
