Contacted Fatmir the day before to repair a pipe joint leak under the kitchen sink. He arrived promptly on time and did the repair work very efficiently and resolved the issue within an hour. Fatmir is always kind and polite and a pleasure to deal with.

I recently hired Building London for garden pergola installation, and am very pleased with the service. Fatmir (Miri) was professional, punctual, and communicative throughout the project. He took the time to understand my needs and offered helpful suggestions. The quality of the work is excellent—my garden looks revitalized and well cared for. I also appreciated that they left the area clean and tidy after finishing. Miri and the guys did a fantastic job transforming our garden! They put in better drainage, laid a new patio (porcelain tiles), laid a garden path. Levelled the garden, and completely re-turfed it. We’re a terraced house, so access the garden is not striaghtforward Miri is highly skilled and experienced. He didn’t cut any corners and has incredibly high standards. He was totally reliable and fully explained the pros and cons of the various options we had. We are delighted with the end result and would whole heartedly recommend Building London to anyone
