  Fatmir was conscientious, punctual and checked I was happy at each stage with what had been done. With my agreement he worked at a weekend to make progress when there were a lot of wet days otherwise. The quality of work was excellent and he cleared up thoroughly at the end of each day. He was a pleasure to deal with and I would use him again.
