  Dulwich House Renovation

  Clinton and his team were extremely professional and great communicators. Whenever working on a historic house there are always surprises, when these arose he went through all options and cost and had very valuable advice. He responded quickly and project management was top notch. The work is high quality and they finished on time, we had a strict deadline as we were renting nearby and the lease was coming to an end. Very reliable, would highly recommend!

  Build and Create were excellent from start to finish in undertaking a 6 week project for me. Clinton project managed the entire scheme from an initial design stage meeting, right up until completion. His team of tradesmen were absolutely first class, being punctual each day, hard working, respectful, tidy, and very skilful. Willingness to work with the client during the project to make small changes was welcomed, and led to a great outcome. Client communication, detailed costing, quality of work and attention to detail all were excellent. Happy to use Build and Create again.

  Knock through between front and back rooms in a terraced house

  Clinton and the team were working with us for six days and were excellent throughout. They arrived right on time every morning and always left the house looking tidy each evening, despite the job being inevitably messy! The end result was exactly what we wanted. We’d highly recommend them.

  Large garden room, decking, insulation and rendering

  This is the second time I have contacted Build and Create. They built a large room at the end of the garden, build and rendered garden walls, decked the garden with lighting, insulated and rendered the back of the house. The work was completed to a very high standard by professionals who take pride in their work and giving the client what they have asked for. Advice offered by Clinton is sound and based on years of experience and should be considered. They happily make modifications to the original plans and are committed to achieving customer satisfaction. Highly recommend.
