Build and Create were excellent from start to finish in undertaking a 6 week project for me. Clinton project managed the entire scheme from an initial design stage meeting, right up until completion. His team of tradesmen were absolutely first class, being punctual each day, hard working, respectful, tidy, and very skilful. Willingness to work with the client during the project to make small changes was welcomed, and led to a great outcome. Client communication, detailed costing, quality of work and attention to detail all were excellent. Happy to use Build and Create again.

The Build and Create Construction Ltd team did a brilliant job despite the time constraints of the project. Clinton was extremely accommodative to our requests and it was a pleasure working with him. The teamwork was of high quality and we are very happy with the result. We highly recommend them.

This is the second time I have contacted Build and Create. They built a large room at the end of the garden, build and rendered garden walls, decked the garden with lighting, insulated and rendered the back of the house. The work was completed to a very high standard by professionals who take pride in their work and giving the client what they have asked for. Advice offered by Clinton is sound and based on years of experience and should be considered. They happily make modifications to the original plans and are committed to achieving customer satisfaction. Highly recommend.

In April 2023 they completed a Bathroom involving re plumbing and fit. The quote was slightly above what I expected but they came highly recommended so I went with them. The work completed is faultless. The builders are exceptionally professional, arrive on time, work hard and leave the property immaculate at the end of the day. They are very respectful of your property and belongings. It has been 10 months since the work has been completed and no issues have arisen. I am having more substantial building work later in the year and Build and Create will be the contractors.
