  Shower re-installation

  Chris of BP&H responded promptly to my request for my 13 year old ceiling fed thermostatic shower to be replaced with an identical dimensioned updated model as the original thermostatic control had stuck fast and I was unable to identify replacement part. He quoted an acceptable price for the job and arrived exactly as arranged. The work was carried out in a very professional manner and the newly installed shower was tested for functionality prior to his departure. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris as a very suitable person to carry out any plumbing tasks as required.

  Chris was excellent. He replied really promptly. Gave a reasonable quote and we confirmed a date, time and price. He showed up exactly as arranged and completed the work quickly and professionally but stayed to make sure everything was in order and working properly. He sent bank details afterwards for payment, which I really appreciated because it meant that the boiler was working all day with no leaks before we had to pay and I always feel happier using bank transfer than cash. We will definitely use Chris in the future.

  instalation of toilot

  This so called plumber left the job with the wheel job having to be re done. he did not test for leaks properly and the main feed was only done up hand tight therfore this was the 1st leak. underneath he dis not put a piece of 4 inch pipe from the guilty quick to the bottom of the toilet leaving a major leak. everything had to be redone and our floor was damaged through his extreme lack of experience and negligence. when I had another plumber look at his poor standard of work he couldn't believe it. he was aggressive and insulting me. do not use him. waste of time

  Luci has provided no evidence whatsoever to substantiate any of these accusations. She watched me test the toilet thoroughly for ten mins while we chatted and informed me her husband was going to remove it all again that week anyway to tile under. I then receive a message a week later saying it's leaking after her husband has completely removed it. I was sworn at and called all sorts and have actual evidence which has been provided to Checkatrade. The house was like a building site with no floor in the bathroom so unsure how one could have been extensively ruined, no evidence from Luci has been provided to substantiate this claim. For any potential customer reading this review please just check my others, you will see I care about my job and customers, I would have returned to rectify any faults as mistakes can happen but not after someone's taken it all apart.
