The plumber arrived promptly to assess the issue with my toilet’s flush mechanism and identified the part that needed replacement. Once the part arrived a few days later, he returned to complete the repair efficiently. The toilet has been working perfectly since. I was impressed with the professionalism, communication, and quality of workmanship throughout.

Very unprofessional experience. We agreed on a 9:45am appointment for a radiator installation. He texted saying he’d be late due to car problems, but then showed up early when I wasn't home (albeit 5 mins away), called once, and left before the agreed time. When I called back minutes later, he ignored it and left. He then messaged with a passive aggressive message, no apology and then blocked my number. It would have all been fine had he waited 5 mins and turned up at the scheduled time. Job was never done — I cannot recommend. Real shame this happened as previous boiler service was good.
