    Rob is an honest, genuine business man who wants to guide and help customers, and such a nice person to deal with. He gave advice over the phone then came out to advise further. Explained everything very clearly and gave next steps. A pleasure to deal with. Don't look any further.

    Determine which rodent and effective removal

    We contacted Rob on Saturday due to rodents gnawing through elbow joints on radiators. He came on the Monday and clarified we had mice and then treated the house accordingly. He was very helpful at answering all my questions. He returned for two more visits to be sure all mice had gone. We had no more problems after the first visit. He also answered our whats app message we sent on a Sunday. I would recommend Rob for his help, reliance and great job. Thanks

    Rat in loft

    Email Rob and he came out the next day. Inspected where rat could have got in,laid bait in loft. Came back a couple of more times and checked bait and entrances again, and advised us on what to do.

    I had been hearing noises in my loft. Rob came out quickly and was able to advise me on how to further prevent any issues. Rob was very thorough in his inspection and has now given me peace of mind. I would highly recommend!

    Contacted Rob to seek guidance and support as noises can be heard in the loft which I suspected were mice or rats. Rob was polite, efficient, supportive and prompted offered to visit and inspect the loft. He attended and was professional in how he managed the work and subsequent advice. Thank you!
