Excellent investigation into my little ratty problem. I was given thorough, sound advice to deal with the situation that was both practical and wise. Really, really well-priced and I felt an honest fee for the service provided. While I wholeheartedly hope that I do not to have to call Bucks Pest Control ever again in my life, should I get another unwelcome furry visitor - I'll be straight back to them.

Rob provided me with a quote for a wasp nest removal and was available to remove the nest the next day. He was friendly and explained the process of the job, which ended up being very quick. I’ve waited a couple of days before posting this to check no wasps returned and we have been wasp free since. Quick and easy from start to finish. Would recommend!

We contacted Rob on Saturday due to rodents gnawing through elbow joints on radiators. He came on the Monday and clarified we had mice and then treated the house accordingly. He was very helpful at answering all my questions. He returned for two more visits to be sure all mice had gone. We had no more problems after the first visit. He also answered our whats app message we sent on a Sunday. I would recommend Rob for his help, reliance and great job. Thanks

Email Rob and he came out the next day. Inspected where rat could have got in,laid bait in loft. Came back a couple of more times and checked bait and entrances again, and advised us on what to do.
