I posted a request for help late evening. I had the same day visit to check what's wrong. I was was told when work will be carried out and for how much and that’s what's happened. Plumber was knowledgeable nice and friendly. I am overall very satisfied. Definitely recommend them for this kind of work.

BTC builders done a full revamp of our on-suite bathroom, floor to ceiling. The work was completed to a very high standard, Ali is very friendly and him and his team made us feel comfortable within our home. When local shops didn’t have the items we requested he went out of his way to drive to Coventry to collect them. They also came back at our convenience to complete small teething problems and also repair damage to the grout that we had done, great service. We have requested Ali to come back and perform additional work for us.

Ali is very hard working, so credit for that, but he does not include materials on the original quotes, and also leaves a bit of a mess behind. Our final bill was almost double what we agreed upon, and only 1 item was discussed during the works. Does not take refuse with him, and has left all the old units for us to dispose of in our front garden without prior warning of this. Including a huge piece of unused cladding, and a random piece of mirror that seems to have been from his van. The pricing structure is not transparent.

I would 100% recommend Ali. It was not an easy job to change a difficult bath tap, but he did it with ease. I will recommend him to all my friends and family.
