  Drone Roof Survey and Quotation

  I was searching for a roofer to complete a survey and quotation for a property I am purchasing. Many companies never got back to me after leaving messages or asked me to send them something in writing and then just ignored me. Until I rang Ben, who answered on the first call and was very knowledgeable and more than happy to help. He completed the survey for me within 2 days of my phone call, and on a Sunday! I would definitely recommend Ben for any roofing needs and he's now the reliable roofer in my phonebook. He will back to complete my works once I complete my property purchase.

  New flat garage roof

  I can’t recommend Ben and his team highly enough. Competitively priced, very professional with great communication, and the work was completed to a very high standard. Highly recommended. I would definitely use BSS Services again.

  Garage flat roof replacement

  Punctual and hardworking, Ben kept me informed of progress and problems he found that couldn't be seen when he came to quote. I then had the choice to proceed with his recommendations or not. Due to the short, sharp showers during the day, this caused delays, but they stayed until 8pm to finish. Highly recommended.

  Fantastic, painless work.

  Quick and no fuss. Arrived, had a look and got on with the work, cleared up after himself. I'm pleased with the finished job. I believe Ben is based in Woking and possibly drove all the way up to Ipswich just to replace some flashing so it is much appreciated. He was also very friendly and knowledgable. Even gave me a bit of advice on another problem I had. My only quibble was the slow reply when arranging a date through text communication but I assume he was quite busy and didn't want to come back to me until he knew he could fit me in somewhere. Top marks all round

  Flat roof

  Ben was very polite and a pleasure to talk to. He got on with the work at hand and had our flat roof replaced within 2 days. A quick turnaround for our garage roof that we couldn’t use as numerous leaks were forming. But now we have a brand new roof with 0 leaks! We are over the moon with the work carried out. Thanks Ben and team!
