Ben did a great job on my roof and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done properly. He remained professional throughout, even when dealing with a difficult neighbour regarding the ridge tiles. He took the time to explain every detail to me clearly, helping me understand how roofing systems work and making me far more confident and informed for the future. Ben and the team stripped my 50 year old tile roof to replace felt and install new verges, valleys and eaves to current building regs. They were prompt, professional and very hard working. Completing the job in the planned 5 days. This is despite extreme heat. Ben engaged with me throughout the project and where issues were found highlighted them and came up with acceptable work arounds.
