I had a new wood trusses and and new tiles fitted February 2025 I have been calling Ben from bss for the last 4 months as some of the tiles are beginning to come loose and look like they are going to fall from the house Seems very quick to come and do the work Wants very prompt payment but Ben really doesn’t seem interested in warranty repair work If something goes wrong he answers the phone once says yes it needs doing but 4 months later still no date to repair or no sign of him repairing the work he has done but it’s still slowing coming away from the top of the house

totally great. I went to work in the morning and came home to a perfectly replaced roof . Also the job was done earlier than arranged. I would highly recommend BSS Services

Really prompt with communication and getting us a quote, as well as friendly and helpful enough. He was also honest and insightful about what roofing material to go with. Got all the work done quickly on a scorcher of a day too. Time will tell, but quality seems decent enough too, and all for a pretty decent price.

Ben was very helpful. Good communication. Came initially to give a free quote including photos of work that needed doing. Once agreed, a date was set and arrived on agreed date and job was completed in good time. Would definitely recommend and use again if ever needed work done again.

Ben and his team were great, weather didnt help but he persevered and stay late on the job to get our roof fixed and new gutters put up. Hopefully I won't have any more roof issues but if I do will not hesitate to call Ben and his team.

I selected BSS Services, out of 5 providers, because Ben was extraordinary in making pre-sales communication easy to understand, even used drone camera to show us the current state. Very detailed Quote. Ben also organised two sub-contractors for scaffolding and chimney repair prior to new roof slates and insulation expertly done. Ben and sub-contractors did everything possible to minimise the inconvenience to my neighbours, extremely important to us. Ben helped us obtain Building Control Certification also. I full heatedly recommend Ben as trustful person and expert roofer. 10 out of 10.
