I selected BSS Services, out of 5 providers, because Ben was extraordinary in making pre-sales communication easy to understand, even used drone camera to show us the current state. Very detailed Quote. Ben also organised two sub-contractors for scaffolding and chimney repair prior to new roof slates and insulation expertly done. Ben and sub-contractors did everything possible to minimise the inconvenience to my neighbours, extremely important to us. Ben helped us obtain Building Control Certification also. I full heatedly recommend Ben as trustful person and expert roofer. 10 out of 10.

Ben did a great job on my roof and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done properly. He remained professional throughout, even when dealing with a difficult neighbour regarding the ridge tiles. He took the time to explain every detail to me clearly, helping me understand how roofing systems work and making me far more confident and informed for the future. Highly recommended!

Ben and the team stripped my 50 year old tile roof to replace felt and install new verges, valleys and eaves to current building regs. They were prompt, professional and very hard working. Completing the job in the planned 5 days. This is despite extreme heat. Ben engaged with me throughout the project and where issues were found highlighted them and came up with acceptable work arounds. Overall project came in as planned to time and budget.

Ben turned up when he said he would. He was cheerful and friendly. He completed the work and sounded knowledgeable.
