No "tutting" at the start to create additional unnecessary work, which was reassuring. Photos were taken at the start to verify the cause of the problem, and Ben was happy to fit in with my request of when the work could be done that included a further delay. So no pressurising over any aspect of the work needed. I will now be using him for annual maintenance to prevent a repeat of the original cause of the problem.

Ben explained what needed doing in layman's terms and provided before and after photos. Work was carried out on schedule and the team always left the area tidy at the end of the day and when they had finished the job. Very pleased with the whole experience.

Ben was really friendly and helpful. We've had many roofers try to fix the leaks on one side of the house, Ben was the only one to go up and properly investigate what was causing the issue.

Ben arrived promptly and was quick to asses the problem and fix it. He was very polite and also explained how some products designed to prevent gutters blocking do not work well, which was useful advice. There has since been heavy rain and I am delighted to say that my gutter no longer leaks!
